One of most popular is Travagliatina: an high quality piece of horse meat boasting a trademark related to its specific flash of meat, distinguishing it for its properties and taste.
These have been the foundation to rebuild and reintroduce a 2.0 version of this excellence in Brescia.
With the aim to remain faithful to a culinary world of strong iconic references and values of the traditional butcher, the local planning has thus led to the development of a highly functional furniture for its employees needs but also of great comfort for the customers. Essentially, it was the study of the details, the clever combination of materials and design choices, such as “ready-made” lamps in order to call to mind some of the meat preparations.
To welcome you at the entrance you will find the great horizontal counter designed with essential and clean lines, made of steel and coated in Carrara marble, perfect for the food presentation and preservation. A wall unit behind the bench recalls aesthetic elements to the grills generally used for grilled meat. It also combines slate modern elements becoming an opportunity to display cold meats, spices and jams to cook some meat recipes, typical of a new overseas interior design style.
Lights elements have been strategically integrated within the furniture, highlighting the wall unit and increasing the spatial perception. A collection of wines and different types of salts and aromas to match to horse meat, are also blended with cutting boards, knives and other accessories, relying on a wooden cabinet within reach of customer to engage and amaze.
To complete project for Consolini, it is the new corporate identity. The intent was matching the style of the shop interior with essence and class, in order to offer in it a newer and more professional way, still able to tell a story about experience and trust between dealer and customer.
We also decided to enhance Consolini Butcher with employees’shirt, tie and branded aprons.Travagliatina owns also its own taylor made special design pack, valorizing an already noble product as the horse meat.
