A new villa with innovative and functional architecture.

A House-Landscape, emanation, embodiment and exhibition of a desired relationship with architecture. Developed on three levels, a villa located in a newly built residential complex in Gussago, near Brescia, was designed by the Flussocreativo studio of interior designers Gianfranco Di Costanzo and Daniel Facchetti. An innovative and functional architecture, therefore, which turns out to be the perfect execution of this vision of Flussocreativo’s work, which brings the rigor of its tools into dialogue with the search for free contaminations, the imaginative vision, the emotional narration.
Accentuated chromatic alternations, skilful juxtaposition between natural materials and clean shapes on the one hand and colours, patterns and fabrics on the other, are the tools for interpreting this villa in a contemporary key. The spaces of the house live in a careful play of colour, made up of contrasts and balances between bright colors and neutral tones, traditional materials reinterpreted in a modern way, wallpapers with very strong textile qualities, to celebrate the passion for fashion of the owners of house.
This villa is the successful spell of an innovative operation that goes far beyond the contemporary work of devising strategies to connect interiors and exteriors. The structure consists of a ground floor, of approximately 90 100 square meters, which includes a large living area, with sofa, table and kitchen and access to the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with bathroom.
Punctuated by contemporary design pieces, such as Davide Groppi’s lamps and the Extendo dining table, and by small works of art, such as “Lo scarabeo” by Stefano Bombardieri, “Il peso del tempo sospeso” by Stefano Bombardieri and “Senza pietà” by Johan Frisò Davide Bombardieri, the structure, with attention to detail, synthesizes luxury and elegance in large spaces.
Because this was the owners’ desire: to create a house with high-quality furnishings to create a serene and refined atmosphere. The operational and functional kitchen, designed and supplied by Flussocreativo, is made up of blocks of black Marquinia marble. From the ground floor, a staircase with bronzed smoked glass parapet leads to the first floor, where the master bedroom is located with bathroom, walk-in closet and access to the terrace.
Each space has been carefully orchestrated to harmonize with one another, offering a cohesive and refined experience throughout the villa. Just think, for example, of the dark oak parquet, which covers the domestic flooring and which contrasts effectively with the whiteness of the walls and ceiling. A surprise then awaits the visitor, in the underground basement. A wine room is set here, for tasting wines, which the owner is passionate about.
A house, therefore, that combines contemporary design, functionality and comfort: a unique living space, where every solution and every detail leaves a mark of high quality.
This project, in particular, in its simplicity and elegance, seeks to achieve that unity between architecture and interior design, in harmony with nature and the surrounding environment, in which a swimming pool stands out, as a fundamental requirement in the research of well-being in the daily life of contemporary man.
