The project transforms constraints into structure, building continuity between spaces, materials, and graphic elements. Natural tones define a coherent and recognizable identity.The ground floor opens onto a corridor-like entrance, transformed from a spatial constraint into a defining element of the project. The floral wallpaper enhances the perception of space and establishes its scenographic role, integrating a guest bathroom and a concealed wardrobe. This first area directs the gaze toward the dining room, conceived as a visual backdrop and a perspectival focal point.
The living area develops beyond a black portal that marks the transition and establishes a clear hierarchy of spaces. Here, the project expresses itself through shades of green and marble-effect surfaces, used to create depth and visual continuity. The living system and kitchen are designed as a single integrated element, capable of organizing the space in a fluid and coherent manner. Symmetrical geometries and references between solids and voids reinforce the compositional order and guide the reading of the entire floor.
The dining room continues the language of the entrance through the continuity of the wallpaper, strengthening the dialogue between spaces and contributing to a unified perception of the environment. From the corridor, access is gained to the basement via a flush door integrated into the graphic design: an additional level designed to expand the livability of the home, featuring a laundry area, bathroom, kitchen with living space, and an area dedicated to the clients’ hobbies.
The sleeping area, connected by a perimeter staircase, develops the concept through a more intimate atmosphere. The master bedroom is designed as a continuous and orderly space, where custom-made furnishings — including a multifunctional TV unit — and built-in wardrobes define an essential yet distinctive environment.
The bathroom features a large vanity unit, a recessed shower, and blue-toned finishes chosen to create a sense of comfort and relaxation. The children’s bedrooms introduce a more dynamic variation of the design language while maintaining consistency in material and functional choices.
A central element of the layout is the custom-made iron staircase leading to the attic, reinterpreted as a hybrid space between walk-in closet and work area, complete with a bathroom. A flexible environment that further extends the potential of the home.
