Benaco Energia takes shape in a new headquarters designed to represent, from the very entrance, the identity of a company looking toward the future and rooted in the values of sustainability. The renovation project interprets the green mood through a bespoke interior vision, capable of combining functionality, a cohesive brand image, and everyday well-being in the workplace.
The spatial layout was conceived to ensure smooth circulation and a clear reading of the different areas, while enhancing visual continuity between the various functions. A key element of the project is the custom-made furnishing unit, which accompanies the internal route while acting as a filter, storage element, and connection between the different operational areas: from the reception zone to the offices, and on to the meeting room and executive spaces.
The headquarters is articulated through distinct yet coherent environments, where workstations, meeting rooms, and glass-enclosed offices establish a balanced dialogue between transparency and privacy. Each space is defined by a palette that recalls the company’s colors and by visual details that evoke the landscape of Lake Garda, strengthening the connection with the local context and with the company’s vision.
Great attention was also given to the lighting design, conceived to support work activities with a contemporary and recognizable signature, capable of defining the atmosphere and enhancing the internal architecture. The result is a professional, distinctive, and welcoming environment, where aesthetics and function find a measured and refined balance.
